The sculptural spiral stair in this '“upside down” house leads to a spacious living room. The shuttered concrete walls have been inlaid with a bark patina, which lends a textured and natural finish. Wide Crittal doors open out to garden courtyards on either side.
Thoughtful space planing in this ensuite bathroom allowed a bath and shower to be incorporated, whilst retaining a sense of space. A bespoke vanity unit provides hidden storage, with low level lighting in the recessed alcoves.
Custom-made blinds in blues and greens provide subtle colour, with an iconic Vertigo pendant adding a contemporary touch to the light filled room.
